The Victoria International MBA




Victoria University of Wellington is one of New Zealand’s oldest, largest, and most prestigious universities, with a proud tradition of academic excellence and an international reputation for the quality and range of its courses.

The Victoria International MBA, available exclusively in Hong Kong, is a premium Masters program offered by Victoria University. The program will soon be accepting applications for the 2012 intake which will commence in October 2012. The Victoria International MBA comprises a rigorous academic curriculum building from core functional business courses to strategic electives developed to provide an integrated business perspective over the 24-month modular program. The Victoria International MBA programme, with administrative collaboration from the Asia-Pacific Institute of Business of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, offers a quality overseas qualification in Hong Kong with minimal disruption to students' busy professional and family commitments. All courses are taught by visiting Victoria University academic staff during weekend modules.

The program focuses on personal transformation developed through improved business understanding and critical thinking skills. The Victoria International MBA provides a solid business foundation for business professionals and entrepreneurs through a quality curriculum, internationally recognized faculty, and strategic alliances with the business and academic communities.

The Victoria International Master of Business Administration (IMBA), with the administrative support from The Asia-Pacific Institute of Business at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, has offered a fruitful educational experience to over 100 graduates since 2004.  The programme is taught face-to-face by Victoria academics in Hong Kong.  The programme has been accredited by the two leading international authorities, the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).  The AACSB accreditation granted to Victoria is in both business and accounting – only nine top-ranked business schools bear such honour in the Asia-Pacific region.  The programme is recruiting students for the 2012/14 cohort.  For more details about the programme, please visit: http://www.victoria.ac.nz/vms/study/postgraduate/imba/
